The Plaza

Ocean City, MD

This project took a high level of coordination with the owner’s of the building and the staff at The Plaza. Everyone was fantastic and upbeat. The job moved along very quickly. We had EIFS repairs and caulk to replace prior to applying our wall coatings. While painting the railings, the work crew did a wonderful job with prepping properly and applying a marine grade primer coat and two finish coats. Getting out onto the east side balconies to paint each owner’s railings had constant supervision and communication with security at the front desk. There were many modifications and adjustments that had to happen very quickly in order to “dance” around the activity of the building. All safety and awareness were in place so not as to inconvenience guests and owners. Response thanks the staff at The Plaza. They were high-level professional and overall very pleasant people.
