This project is representative of the “Preventative Maintenance Program” that is offered to our clients. There were lintel maintenance concerns, concrete repairs, and caulking needs.

We work hand in hand with the board and property management companies to identify which areas of the building need more immediate attention and what could be scheduled out. With this plan, you will have real numbers to use for your owner discussions. Moving forward, we can now talk about painting of the building or putting down new concrete deck coatings.
