In order to build solid relationships with our clients, the first step is in clear and timely communication. Our goal is to be sure that we are returning emails, texts, phone calls and in general keeping up with our communications with the appropriate parties involved in the project. We use the most up to date construction software that will allow the owners to log in and see the daily progression of their projects.
Keeping Within Our Limits
There are many opportunities to bid for work. In order to adequately supply a bid for your project we go through a process of determining if we can or should. Ability to perform, manpower, workflow calendars and proper supervision are considered in making this decision. We will never take on more work than we can effectively perform and supervise. Our growth as a company is dependent upon the trust that we build with our clients and we take this very seriously.
Transparency
Honesty is at the heart of our core values. While working through the process of any successful project, there will be many conversations, questions, and need for answers. You too have others that you need to communicate with. Even if we don’t have the answer at that moment, we will let you know where we are with getting the answers. Awareness of how your project is progressing, no matter the stage, should ever be a gray area.
Accountability
Showing up. If we say we are going to do something then we have a commitment to follow through. There are deadlines to submit bids and dates to complete projects. We do our best to communicate as much as possible to set expectations. We will always strive to own our side of the street no matter the situation. When finding solutions to any challenges that we may face it helps to be clear as to who is responsible for what and to back that up with an accountable operation.
