Kevin has worked with many of the property owners, property managers, and HOA communities in the Ocean City area for the last three years understanding the needs of the community that he and his three daughters enjoy living and playing. 

Prior to moving to Ocean City he worked with Allan A. Meyers Construction out of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He filled the role of a safety coordinator while building gas well pads in the Marcellus Shale Region acting as a liaison between Shell Oil executives and on-site Shell Oil Project Managers. 

Also worked for Four Winds Construction out of Philadelphia where the company primarily concentrated on asphalt, concrete, additions, and demolition projects. His role was as project manager and quality control to ensure that the clients were receiving the highest quality of production. 

Kevin truly understands the importance of “taking care of his clients”. He works tirelessly to ensure that each and every relationship that he builds with others is kind, open, honest and accountable. 

Kevin enjoys spending time with friends and family here in the Ocean City and nearby Delmarva communities. To find some downtime, the beach, a  beach chair and a good book calls his name.
