Captain’s Watch

This was a good test of our “Preventative Maintenance Program or Response Construction “PRP”. We took about 65 pictures around the building to identify all those areas that need attention for concrete repairs to include cantilevers that have failing concrete and replacement of failed caulk joints and many other areas that need attention. The program presents the options to the client in a way where each item of repair has a separate picture and cost associated with it. Simply pick the items that you want repaired this year, then next year and so on. Once selected, we send over a final selection agreement to be signed and implemented. The owner’s really appreciated the effort, simplicity, and works great for preventative maintenance budgeting purposes.
