The Plaza Parking Garage – Preventative Maintenance
As part of our Preventative Maintenance Program, we repaired failing concrete and compromised caulk joints. We also used a direct apply EIFS texture along the ceiling line and then painted to match existing. Not only does it look nice but it will further protect your concrete to a greater degree than just paint.
