Xanadu

We were very pleased to provide a new deck coating for Xanadu. There were several areas that had existing deck coating that had deteriorated to a point of needing attention. We simply grinded back the loose coating to a point where there is good adhesion. These areas received a base coat and then the entire areas were covered with a urethane top coat. This is a good approach to caring for your building. Waiting too long to apply another coating could result in increased expenses later on if complete removal of all deck coating exists. We were able to catch this one in time and keep costs down overall as a result. Thanks again Xanadu. We look forward to your next project. 

While we were taking care of the building, an owner was getting a leak inside their unit. We sealed up the wall above the unit and took care of the problem.
