The owner’s of this building were pleased that they decided to go ahead with the improvements of their building. There were many concrete repairs and waterproofing that needed to be done as part of the preparation, to include, a complete repair of the concrete ramp on the west side of the units. We were so pleased to get feedback that the owner’s loved coming to see their building back to its natural beauty and were enjoying their stay much more.
